Colleen Rogan is well known for her dedication and work as the Provincial Resource Coordinator for ELSA Net (LISTN). Professionally Colleen excelled as a teacher trainer, project manager and materials developer. She also served as a member of CCLB Board, a CCLB consultant and a community coordinator for Tutela.ca.
